Good buy for indoor cycle I purchased these for indoor cycle. Cleats were very easy to put on and adjust. I wear a size 8-8.5 and the size 40 fit good a little more room than I would want in normal shoes but perfect for cycle. They are very comfortable. I’ve used them several times since purchase the top buckle can be a little finicky but works fine and is good for support.
