Great protection for riding flats on trails These have been wonderful! I have been starting to do some jumps and drops on the mountain bike trails. Since I have flat pedals, me feet will occasionally slip of and the pedals will tear up my shins. I constantly had scars on my shins, but not anymore! Most MTB knee pads only protect the knees, not the shins. These have been great.They also work great for knee protection. Sizing is pretty off. Seems like the reviews show that also Sizing is pretty off. Seems like the reviews show that also. They really need a small, medium, large. I ordered the s/m and it seems I would be in between the s/m and L/xl. Which leaves the l/xl would be way to big for me. The knee area of the s/m was already bulky as it is, I couldn’t imagine a bigger version.
