Great biking shoes… I was wearing my running shoes to bike and my feet would slip off the flat pedal now and then. I bought the Freeriders and what a difference! Not only do my feet stay on the pedals thanks to to sticky bottoms, but the stiff soles make it easier to pedal with less effort. I highly recommend these biking shoes if you have flat pedals. Great overall Mtb Shoe These were pretty darn good, fairly sticky for flat petals and well-made. I never came loose off the petals, felt secure and was riding on an inexpensive pair of flat petals by wellgo, MG-2 platform, about 35/40 bucks, with replaceable adjustable pins. I generally wear a women’s nine and these were a good fit. Roomy toebox but not sloppy, and liked the removable foot bed. I thought it could have had a little better support in the forefoot though. My regular bike shoes which are walkable…
