6′ tall, 290 and VERY happy for miles and miles. Perfect for a big guy. I’m 6′ tall and 290 pounds, I’m 40 years old. I Have been wanting to get physically active, outdoors and I love bicycling. Problem is, most bicycles are not made for a big guy. This bike is rated for 300 pounds. I have searched for YEARS to find a bike that could carry me with out bowing the frame, bending the rims after a short ride or popping the chain. This is MY bike.Let me tell you the pros-1. Coaster brake means fewer cables and less adjusting,…
Beach Cruiser plus 49cc engine kit is great! Well made single-speed beach cruiser – arrived in perfect condition, easy to put together, excellent finish. I’m 5’11” 225 pounds and this is a comfortable cruiser and a wonderful flat olive green color. I bought it from Amazon for under $200 delivered to my home and couldn’t be happier. When I assembled it, I also mounted a 49cc 4-cycle engine kit from bikeberry.com and I LOVE commuting around 16 miles a day between my home and studio. LOTS of attention from drivers on the road who…
Firmstrong vs sixthreezero … both are great. We purchased two bikes: a sixthreezero women’s 26″ single speed and a Firmstrong men’s 26″ single speed. Purchases were made based on availability since the bikes are rated similarly. We love both bikes: both bikes handled my 5â7â 280 lb frame and my wifeâs 5â6â 140 lb physique easily. Both are very comfortable to ride and the construction seems to be about the same. Some parts are identical such as the pedals, seat post clamp, and reflectors. Both bikes were easy to assemble and…
