The best SPD bicycle sandle I have tried most of them out there including Lake, Keen and Shimano and I like the Exustar the best. Extremely well made, lots of ventilation,very comfy and a great value at $80. Exustar also makes the Ragster II sandals from Nashbar but they lack the third velcro strap and I do notice a difference especially when unclipping since the extra strap creates less play between my foot and the sandal. Great fit adjustment, wonderful power transfer. Very good cycling shoe! I’m using this product with crank brothers egg-beater style pedals. I live in Florida, so it is always hot.I have a narrow heel, but this product is so adjustable it fits perfectly! The base of the shoe is very stiff, so it properly spreads the workload for cycling, but walks far more comfortably than any cycling shoes I have ever used.
