Had ordered a different bike from a different company and they cancelled my order at the last minute. So I was extremely happy that I could get this bike so quickly. The one major problem we experienced was that the chain was not on the bike properly. I’m pretty sure it happened during shipping. I’m 5’2″ and it’s been difficult to find a bike that is proportional. I purchased the 2016 serene in a small frame and it feels as if it was made for me. Rode a cruiser one speed for years but decided to make the leap to a speeded bike for more flexibility. Initially purchased a 7 speed bike and returned it as hills were still very difficult.
