Powerful light for serious night riding I rarely write product reviews, usually only if I am very dissatisfied or pleased with a product, and this is the latter. I originally purchased a different brand light and after a couple months it stopped working, of course Amazon customer service was amazing and refunded me without even needing to return the item! very bright, value debatable Ultimately, I think the question is whether $50 is good value for a bike light. Most cheap lights are not very bright — especially for daytime. For me, anything less than 250 lumens is annoying as I bike commute almost every day, with a significant amount of night riding in the winters. For something I use so much, it’s worth it to me to pay more for something not only brighter, but also with better beam quality and visibility.
