More rubber (and thicker density) is better with butyl rubber
There is another review stating that the valve stems are problematic — unscrewing your adapter for a schraeder pump will pull out the core for the presta valve on these Continental tubes. I had the exact same thing happen to me (presta valve core came out when I unscrewed my schraeder / presta adapter). In addition, these tubes have been inexplicably losing air (coming from the valve). Sometimes they lose air in 10 minutes, sometimes will last one day, but I have to keep pumping them back…
