Tread depth is surprisingly thin, but otherwise the tire seems pretty beefy. Perhaps a touch heavy. Decent thorn resistance so far — I’ve picked up no thorns since I’ve placed one of these on the rear while in the same time the front (a different tire) has picked up three. The tread compound seems to be relatively hard — it is fairly easy to lock up and slide the rear even on dry asphalt on a warm day. However, at least as a rear tire it’s behavior seems predictable.
