Great for Running, Too!
I liked it, but went with the Magic. I purchased 4 hydration systems so I could compare. It came down to the Camelbak Magic and the Camelbak Aurora. I ended up sticking with the Magic. However, the Aurora fit all of my criteria as well. It was a comfortable pack that held ample amount of water. It sits nicely on my back (I’m 5’4″ tall). The straps are very comfortable. I needed something that would hold some supplies for a 3 Day walk, yet not be too back pack like. I was able to fit snacks, a poncho, socks, lube, bandana, etc…
Great 2L Hydration Pack with TONS of storage for the size! Have other CamelBak products and have not had a chance to fully put this one to the test.Major thing for this small of a pack – TONS of storage! This was my main reason for choosing the Aurora (even though I really didn’t want a purple hydration pack), and it appears to have delivered. Who buys an intentionally small pack to then carry ANOTHER pack/bag/waist belt for your stuff? Now, you aren’t taking a weekend’s worth of clothes in here, but phone, keys, snacks, goggles, dust…
