First this bike is simple to put together out of the box. If you can look at a picture and pick up a wrench then you can put this together in 30 minutes. It probably took longer for me to get everything out of the box then it did putting it all together. My three year old is tall, he is in the 95% in height so he has no trouble reaching the peddles and working the hand brakes. He picked up the peddling and riding of the bike immediately.
