Good Can Holder Has 3 velcro straps of differing lengths. I think the long strap is for cinching your container tight in the holder, or for looping over top to keep a container from popping out. Happiness and tranquility descended upon everyone My wife needed some type of bottle holder which would velcro on and off. All of the conventional mounting points for a regular bottle holder are occupied on her bike, so we tried this. Additionally, she has a re-usable stainless steel drink bottle she likes to use, and it does not fit great in a regular bike bottle holder (and it rattles, which drives me nuts).
