they bind and become impossible to depress without using something hard like nail. I would have given this a 5 … Received the rack in good condition. But when installing it I notice that I only one of the two top mounts has a hole. Not sure how secure the rack will be with only one side attached to the top. Worried that with biking the right side will dig into the rain cover and damage it. Contemplating drilling a hole for the other side mount to work. For $85, I would have expected better from both Burley and Amazon. Going to the hardware store this week to find an alternative fix…
