Great batteries, not the most reliable connector. I had an old battery pack that wouldn’t even give me an hour on full power on my main headlight maybe 2 hours on low before it was empty. After charging this one, I used my light for 3-4 hours on 3 separate trips, on low with a good amount of high mode use, before I chose to recharge it. It wasn’t even empty yet when I charged it. I’m blown away at how long it seems to last with my light compared to my old batteries. It really adds a lot of piece of mind, being fairly sure you’re light battery…
Didn’t last as long as expected…but very good Customer Service. Didn’t last a year! I paid as much for this battery as a light that came with a battery (4400 mAH). The light and battery still working. I bought this 13 months ago to hopefully get a longer lasting ride. When it was working it may have lasted longer between charges, I had an accident in July so was off cycling for four months (which means I used this approx. 8-9 months) and tried charging it.
