Save your headset and stem! This thing doesn’t catch droplets near the seat that might hit the downtube or cranks, but it works great for everything under the stem (front brakes and cabling near them). That was the main purpose I got it. The crank area is fairly well covered just with a draped towel over the top tube in the spot not covered by this gizmo. Works as intended, but Velcro straps for handlebars are long and awkward I had gone without one of these for several years, with about half my rides done indoors (mostly in winter).
