Not suitable for professional use, but ok for basic home adjustments with limitations. This is an acceptable cheap lightweight truing stand. It will get the job done on pretty much any rim without a tire on. If you are looking to do a quick check/minor adjustment to a rim with the tire on, it may work for road and touring tires, up to about 25mm. Any larger tire will not work the arm is not designed to accommodate a tire at all really and the indicators (two turn bolts – not a caliper) will point to the tire, not the rim.The other design issue is that not having a…
