RECOMMENDED. Durable, spins very easily, kids love them. Cute, rotates very easily at very low bike speed. On a springy post so no hazard to the kid. Someone said made of paper – ours are made of nice plastic stuff and seems quite durable. Altogether appropriate for the task and the kids love them (we bought three.)
