Great if you need to adjust your foot angle and have a bit of extra room in your shoes If you need to angle your foot and you have a little excess room in the front of your cycling shoe, these are a great solution. My shoes were a little loose, so I could get two stacked up under my insole. They fit perfectly in my size 45 Shimano shoes, without having to trim them. I need about 6 degrees of correction, so I also had to use three cleat wedges. Correct foot alignment to address knee pain I use cleat shims on my road shoes with Speedplay pedals, but cleat shims won’t work so well with the recessed SPD cleats in my mountain bike shoes with the Shimano XT Trail pedals.
