Cheap but Funtional Poor quality item. It’s not very expensive so weigh your expectations. It’s literally stapled together. I returned mine because it was sold as new, but I think it was refurbished. The seat covers looked new but everything else was well worn. It did fit on two different bike racks I tried it on. I haven’t decided if I will try to purchase again from a different seller.
