Good for no more than 40 miles max. To start, the overall fit of the shorts is true to size. I am 6’2″ 190lbs 31″ waist, and size Large felt just a touch roomy while going commando. This wasn’t a problem for me and was actually preferred. What was a problem, however, is their comfort. Not sure if it has to do with the diaper-sized padding, but I feel like the padding did some damage on me during yesterday’s 80 mile ride. Lots of Padding! I originally decided to get these cycling shorts for my boyfriend who is a enduro mountain bike rider. After receiving them however I have ended up keeping them for myself.
