Great product I purchased these pads for my 4 year old daughter for roller skating outdoors. Both the knee guards and elbow guards do have two strips of Velcro to hold them in place, but the best part is that they also have elastic bands so you can slide them onto your legs and arms. That way, when my daughter does fall, they don’t simply slide up. Most of the times she does use the elastic, but if she puts her skates on first, she does simply use the Velcro only…love this option on these pads. Package…
