You get what you pay for in the long run! Two of my packs were missing a important part, so they are useless to me now. You get what you paid for. I waited seems like 5 weeks to receive these lights. I have 4 bikes so I ordered 8 lights. They all use a adaptor to fit unto the shrader tube. Of the 8 packs 2 of my light packs was opened and missing two ring sleeves that screw on to the tube. So of course two are useless to me without them. I installed two of the other lights on my bike and they do seem sensitive to movement. At least one of them was sensitive to movement.
